CISF Recruitment 2022: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has invited applications from eligible male and female Indian citizens to fill the temporary positions of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) in pay grade-5 (Rs.29,200 – 92,300 in pay matrix) and Chief Constable (Departmental) in Pay Tier 4 (Rs.25,500-81,100 in Pay Matrix). There are a total of 540 vacancies for positions, including 122 for Assistant Deputy Inspector (Stenographer) and 418 for Chief of Police (Ministerial)
The minimum age limit to apply is 18 years old and the maximum age limit to apply is 25 years old. Applications should be submitted online through the official CISF website i.e. www.cisfrectt.in. The fee to be paid is Rs. 100 (one hundred rupees only). Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Former Service Women (ESM) are exempt from paying the fee. Only one online application can be submitted by a candidate. The deadline to apply is October 25, 2022 (25.10.2022).

Age limit for CISF 2022 recruitment:
Between the ages of 18 and 25 from the deadline for receipt of the online application form (i.e. 25.10.2022). Candidates must not have been born before 26.10.1997 and after 25.10.2004.
Pedagogical qualification for CISF recruitment 2022:
Applicants must have passed a middle or upper secondary school certificate examination (10+2) from a recognized board or university or equivalent by the deadline for receipt of the online application form.

Computer Proficiency Test Standards –
Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
Transcription time: 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
For the Chief of Police:
Computer Proficiency Test Standards – Typing in English with a minimum speed of 35 wpm on the computer (or) Typing in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 wpm on the computer. (35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi corresponding to 10,500 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) in English / 9,000 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) in Hindi with an average of 5 key presses for each word on the computer )
Salary scales for CISF recruitment 2022:
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) – Pay Grade 5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300) plus the usual allowances eligible for Central Government employees from time to time.
Chief Constable (Departmental) – Pay Grade 4 (Rs.25,500-81,100) plus the usual allowances eligible for central government employees from time to time.

The fee to be paid is 100 rupees (one hundred rupees only). Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Women and Veterans (ESM) are exempt from paying fees.

To note: Appeal Letters/Admission Cards for PST and Documentation, Written Test, Skill Test and Detailed Medical Examination will be uploaded on the CISF website at each stage of the recruitment process.
